About our Venue: Heaven and Earth

Join our Retreat just 40 minutes from downtown Portland, tucked away on five pristine acres in Banks, Oregon.

Heaven and Earth Retreats is a unique, intimate space. Owned and operated by Ruthanne Adams, Heaven and Earth offers a welcoming, warm, and restful home-style experience. Amplify participants will have full access to the property, which boasts creative indoor and outdoor spaces mindfully designed to allow for both connections with community and solitude. Bird watching, small wildlife and the occasional deer add to the idyllic charm of the property. Two outdoor yoga spaces are available for participants’ use, with blankets, blocks and meditation cushions provided.

The single bedrooms of this house are on the first floor, accessible via one step into the front door. The bathroom on the first floor of the house has a combination tub/shower that requires stepping into. Stairs are required to access the full space on the back patio.

Ruthanne provides high vibrational nourishment with a focus on holistic nutrition for optimal wellness. Meals are organic whole foods, nutrient dense and lovingly crafted to nourish mind, body, and spirit. Filling snacks are provided in between meals. Lemon water, coffee, and tea are always available. All meals and snacks are freshly prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. The meal plan for our weekend will reflect the individual dietary needs of participants.
